What this covers
This policy explains how Axelyn, operated by Amin Haiqal, handles personal information collected through axelyn.com and direct project enquiries. It does not cover a client product operated under a separate agreement.
Information you provide
When you send a project enquiry, we collect the details you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, project type, brief, timing and budget range. If we work together, later project communications and materials are handled under the relevant proposal or agreement.
How information is used
We use enquiry information to understand your request, respond, arrange a conversation, prepare a proposal and keep records of potential or active work. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
The enquiry form is processed by FormSubmit and delivered by email. Website hosting and email providers may process limited technical or message data to operate those services. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply.
Technical data and cookies
Hosting infrastructure may create routine server logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access for security and reliability. This release does not set advertising or marketing cookies.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a business relationship, resolve disputes or meet legal and accounting obligations. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no online transmission or storage system is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion where applicable, or withdraw from further contact. Legal obligations may require some records to be retained.
