  • Set up automatic daily syncs at 6 AM — no manual refreshing
  • Built a live Looker Studio dashboard with 4 specialized pages: Performance Overview, Client Breakdown, Optimization Insights, and Automated Alerts
  • Automated weekly email delivery — each client gets their report, on schedule, every Monday at 9 AM

The entire system was live in seven days. No code written. No new platforms to learn. Just invisible infrastructure doing the heavy lifting.

Instead of one overwhelming spreadsheet, we built a system that guides you from overview to action. Each page answers a specific question that agency teams ask every day.

"How are we doing overall?"

The first thing Nadia sees every morning. Six key metrics at the top — total impressions, clicks, CTR, spend, conversions, and ROAS — give her the agency's health in 3 seconds. Below that, line charts show how spend and revenue move together over time, and a side-by-side comparison reveals whether Meta or TikTok is delivering better returns.

The system surfaces them automatically.
